Victor Ray Mills

Victor Ray Mills, a resident of Oklahoma City was born March 6, 1955 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Richard Irvin, Sr. and Peggy Ruth Mills. Victor was raised and in the Oklahoma City area and attended Putnam City West School where he graduated. After high school Victor began his career painting. He worked for several contractors and for the past 12 years was self employed. In his spare time Victor loved to work on computers and electronics.

Victor passed away July 28, 2004 at his home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 49 years 4 months and 22 days. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Yolinda.

Survived by his brother, Richard Mills, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Sister-in-Law, Teresa Mills, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Niece, Carmallita Hiatt, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Two Nephews, David Mills, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; ., Steven Mills, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
