Chapel services for Tina Lynn Lorett will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, June 25, 2011 at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Kevin Vogele from the River of Life Christian Center in Drumright, Oklahoma will officiate the services under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Woodland Cemetery in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Tina was born November 3, 1975 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Tommy Leo and Rhonda Kay (Creekmore) Lickliter. As a young girl Tina was raised in Drumright, Oklahoma where she began her education. During her time growing up Tina was an active part of the Brownies. She later began high school in Drumright where she finished her education. Following high school Tina remained in Drumright and was later united in marriage to Donald Wayne Lorett on July 12, 1996. The couple established their initial home in Cleveland and soon started traveling throughout the United States following DonnieÃs work. Following the death of Donnie in 2005, Tina remained in Cleveland where she was currently residing. Tina loved being outdoors. She was most happy in life during the time she was traveling, camping out as well as riding motorcycles with Larry. They have traveled to many destinations throughout the United States. Tina was looking forward to their travel to Yosemite National Park and the Redwood National Forest this year. Tina is described as very energetic and full of life, with a very caring and compassionate heart. Tina passed from this life on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at her home at the young age of 35 years 7 months and 20 days. Survivors are her daughter Courtney Lorett of the home; husband Larry Layton of the home; step children D.J. Lorett of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Kasey Lorett of Holdenville, Oklahoma, Justin Layton of Oologah, Oklahoma; mother Rhonda Lickliter of Drumright, Oklahoma; father Tommy Leo Lickliter of Drumright, Oklahoma; maternal grandmother Maxine Creekmore of Drumright, Oklahoma; one sister Yolanda Marriott of Drumright, Oklahoma; two grandchildren Daisy and Johanna Layton of Oologah, Oklahoma as well as a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Wayne Lorett and a maternal grandfather Willis Creekmore.
