Terry Wayne Richmond better known as ìRedî to his friends and family was born October 4, 1959 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He was the son of Alvin Wayne and Josephine Rasalia (Legleiter) Richmond. Red grew up in the Jennings area where he began his education. He later transferred to the Oilton School District and during his sophomore year Red began attending Hominy High School where he later graduated. During his time in school, Red was a very active in sports. Soon after high school Red began working in the oil fields of Oklahoma. He also worked for Skinner Tank for several years and later opened up an auto repair shop in Mannford called Lakeside Auto Shop. Red operated the business for several years before starting his pilot car service, T & D Pilot Car Services which he was currently operating. Red was a man with a big heart. He loved riding motorcycles, going to the lake with his friends and family as well as smoking meat for everyone to eat. Red was loved by everyone and was one of the best husband any woman could have. Farming was RedÃs passion, he thought his ìtractor was sexyî. Red passed from this life on Monday, June 20, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 51 years 8 months and 16 days. Survivors are his wife Deanna Richmond of the home, mother of his children Fannie Richmond; three children Jennifer Munoz and her husband Alberto of Welch, Oklahoma, Charles Richmond of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mary Jo Richmond of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one sister Brenda Smith and her husband Harold of Yukon, Oklahoma; one grandson Elijah Munoz and one soon to be born as well as a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents Alvin Wayne Richmond and Rose Adams. Graveside Services will be held 10:30 am Friday, June 24, 2011 at the Jennings Cemetery with Everett Waller officiating under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
