Rose Minnerup

Rose Mary Minnerup, of Hominy, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Cleveland Manor Nursing Home at the age of sixty-six. Rose was born July 7, 1948 in Alturus, California. She was the son of Solon and Pauline ((Yeck)) Minnerup. Rose was raised an attended school in Alturas, graduating from Modoc High School with the class of 1966. Rose worked for nearly twenty-five years as a cashier in numerous casinos in Nevada; residing in Elko, Nevada for many years. . She moved to Hominy with her family in 2000 where she has continued to reside until the time of her passing. She is survived by her mother, Pauline Minnerup of Hominy, Oklahoma; brother, Dennis and wife, Carol Minnerup of Hominy, Oklahoma; brother, Terry Minnerup of Juneau, Alaska; sister, Judy Wagner of Nebraksa; numerous nieces and nephews and other close relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Solon Minnerup; and two sisters, Luella Jack and Cindy Minnerup Cole. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
