Roben Elizabeth Graham, of Skiatook, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at her home at the age of 65 years.

Roben was born June 13, 1951, in Natick, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Warren George and Elizabeth Mary (Sullivan) Street. As a young child Roben moved with her family to the Tulsa area where she received her education. She later graduated from McClain High School. Following high school Roben remained in Tulsa and later moved to Hominy, Oklahoma where she raised her children. Roben worked as a nurse at the Hominy Nursing Home. She also worked at Munsingwear, Protog and later for Cupid until the closure of the Hominy facility. After the closure of the facility Roben retired, she was a supervisor and trainer for many years. Roben had been residing in Skiatook since 2012.

Roben loved collecting fabric. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking with her family and friends that she loved dearly. Roben enjoyed taking her grandkids to the Tulsa Zoo and Woolaroc. Roben’s favorite drink was Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper and if you ever went to her house you had better bring her one to drink. She also loved George Strait.

Survivors are her children Dewayne Graham and his wife Jessica of Hominy, Oklahoma, Kelly Lindon of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Shelly Graham and partner James Robinson of Hominy, Oklahoma, LeeAnn Graham of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Brian Graham and his wife Danielle of Hominy, Oklahoma, Melissa Graham and Cody McPherson of Yukon, Oklahoma, Clayton Graham of Tulsa, Oklahoma; step son Jason Nance and wife Mary Beth of Delta, Pennsylvania and another son that she held close to her heart; brothers Scott Street of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Terry Street; sister Karen Bohon of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Sarina, Zacheus, Jace, Miranda, and Isla Graham, Katlyn, Emily, and Lyndsie Lindon, Breanna and Megan Robinson, Vance Scherler, Aiden and Camerin Graham, Clem McPherson, Jenny and Josiah Nance as well as numerous other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents Roben was preceded in death by her husband Wendell Curt Graham; brother Warren George Street, Kelly Street, son Eric Graham and step grandchildren Mason and Mikaela Nance.

No formal services will be held and the body will be cremated under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home. Friends may share a memory with the family on Roben’s memorial website at www.chapman-black.com
