Remy Lynn Cosby

Remy Lynn Cosby, of Cleveland, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at the age 20 years, one month and twenty-seven days.

Remy was born October 21, 1995, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Remy was the daughter of Brian Cosby and Jolene (Henry) Dossett. Remy attended school and graduated from Oilton High School. During her time in school Remy also attended Vo-Tech and learned graphic design. Following high school Remy moved to Cleveland and soon gained employment at Sonic. She was currently the Assistant Manager where she had worked for the past two years.

Remy’s favorite quote is by Bob Marley: “Love the life you live, live the life you love.” Remy was a family person, always enjoying the time she could spend with her family and children. Her son Zain gave her great enjoyment, especially when she would take him to the zoo. Remy was also a very happy go luck type of person. Always taking what life had and never letting it get her down.

Survivors are her two children Zain and Eli; mother Jolene Dossett of Cleveland, Oklahoma, father Brian Cosby of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two brothers Carter and Cole Cleary both of Cleveland, Oklahoma, maternal grandfather Joe Henry of Tulsa, Oklahoma and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Valeeta Henry.

Services will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home Chapel. The body was cremated under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
