Naomi was born August 8, 1918 in Jennings, Oklahoma the daughter of George Lee and Josie Ann (Morgan) Trimble. Naomi was raised and received her education in Jennings. On August 26, 1933 she was united in marriage to Roy William Hanlon in Drumright, Oklahoma. During the next several years, the couple moved their family frequently as Roy followed work in the oil industry. Naomi had many hobbies including, working jigsaw puzzles, sewing, growing flowers as well as fishing. One of her favorite pastimes, however, was teaching others how to sew; especially her family. She made many articles of clothing for herself and family. Holidays were an important part of her life and she always looked forward to them. Mrs. Hanlon will always be remembered as a loving and caring mother and grandmother who thoroughly enjoyed spending her time visiting with her friends and family. Naomi passed away at her home in Glencoe, Oklahoma on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at the age of ninety.
