Mary Ellen Judy Wiley was born October 1, 1944 in Grass Valley, California. She was the daughter of Herman and Clara Morgan. Judy was raised and attended school in the Green Valley area. Upon completion of her schooling, Judy later obtained her GED.

Judy moved her family to Talihina, Oklahoma in 1970 where she raised her five children, Johnny Ray, Kelly Eugene, Sidney Wayne, Cheryl Lynn and Kaysha Ann. While residing in Talihina, Judy worked for Home Health there for many years. She was also active in the Faith Pentecostal Holiness Church in Talihina. In 1993, she moved to Cleveland, Oklahoma and accepted employment with the Cleveland Area Hospital Home Health Services. She attended the Faith Pentecostal Church in Sand Springs while living in Cleveland.

In 1995, Judy moved to Carson City, Nevada to assist in the care of her mother and grandmother. During this time, she obtained her Associate Degree in Animal Science and was hoping to find employment with a veterinarian when she became ill. Judy was a bible scholar and enjoyed reading and listening to tapes. She had an extensive collection of bible dictionaries, audio tapes and other books relating to God's Plan of Salvation Her pastor would often consult her concerning the scriptures because of her vast knowledge of its contents. She loved animals and was especially fond of ferrets, which she raised.

Judy passed away on Monday, February 9, 2004 in Carson City, Nevada at the age of fifty-nine years, four months and eight days. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Norman Morgan.

She is survived by three sons, Johnny Ray Wiley of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Kelly Eugene Wiley of Talihina, Oklahoma and Sidney Wayne Wiley of Carson City, Nevada; two daughters Cheryl Lynn Putman of Eufaula, Oklahoma and Kaysha Ann Turner of Carson City, Nevada; mother, Clara Morgan and grandmother, Mary Matthews, both of Carson City, Nevada; and a sister, Cherrie Brooks of Fresno, California.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at the Ramona Cemetery in Ramona, Oklahoma. Burial will be under the direction of the Chapman-Black Funeral Home in Cleveland.
