Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 28, 2009 in the Sanctuary of the First Assembly of God in Cleveland, Oklahoma with Pastor Dan Edens and Pastor Harrell Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home. Lyle was born February 2, 1950 Wyandotte, Michigan the son Lyle Irvin, Sr. and Clara Elizabeth (Earl) Prill. As a young man Lyle was raised and received his education in the Down River Area of Michigan. Latter as a teen ager, Lyle moved to Romulus where he completed his education at Romulus High School. In June 22, 1968, Lyle was united in marriage to the love of his life Alice Marie Roberts. The couple made their initial home in Wyandotte and Lyle began working for Fords in Wayne, Michigan. He later accepted a position with Ross Chemicals in River Rouge, Michigan as a truck driver. After several years Lyle began working for his step father also as a truck driver until 1977. At that time Lyle and Alice moved their family to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Upon moving to Tulsa Lyle was a self employed contractor constructing custom built homes with his father. The two worked side by side until 1980. At that time Lyle gained employment with the Indian Electric Cooperative in Cleveland. Lyle worked for the IEC until 1995. On January 22, 1996, Lyle returned to driving a truck and started working for Borg Steel in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a roll off truck driver where he had been employed for the past 13 years. Some of the accomplishments that Lyle felt good about were raising an outstanding family. He was proud of his handy work and home. He also cherished growing up with his wife and making a good marriage. Mr. PrillÃs wife, sons, daughter in laws, grandkids and family had one of the biggest impact on his life. Watching his sons and grandchildren accomplish many achievements also gave Lyle great enjoyment. Lyle had many hobbies they include wood crafting, remodeling, gardening, taking care of his yard, tending to horses as well as camping and fishing. One thing that Lyle loved most was to take his family fishing and camping. Lyle passed away at his home in Terlton, Oklahoma, on Monday, May 25, 2009 at the age 59. Survivors are his loving wife Alice ìAlî of the home, two children Richard Lyle Prill and his wife Stacie of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, A.J. Prill and wife Julie of Cleveland, Oklahoma, mother Clara Prill of Taylor Michigan five brothers Charles Alfred Prill of Green Bush, Michigan, Michael Allen Prill of New Boston, Michigan, Thomas Anthony Prill of Taylor, Michigan, Keith Daniel Prill of Allen Park, Michigan, Kevin James Boright of Taylor, Michigan; four sisters Sandra Lee Raymond of Trenton, Michigan, Wendy Maria Prill of Flat Rock Michigan, Dortha M. Prill of Taylor, Michigan, Peggy Joe Boright of Taylor, Michigan; nine grandchildren Phillip Michael Prill, Jacquiline Angelique Prill "Jackaz", Douglas Wayne Prill, Elayna Sheree Prill "Shree", Alea Shantel Prill "Shantel", Ryan Shakotay Prill, Abbiegail Suzanne Prill "Half Pint and a Half", Andrew Paul Painter, Ainsleigh Lynn Painter "Half Pint"; one great grandchildren due on June 18th, two girls Tina and Babe as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Lyle Irvin Prill, Sr. as well as his grandparents Dortha and Alfred Prill.
