Lisa Ann Stucks was born August 22, 1963, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Harvey and Donna Janette (Cypert) LeShurd. Lisa moved with her family at a young age to Prue, Oklahoma where she graduated from high school. Lisa then began working at Hissom Memorial Center in Sand Springs, Oklahoma until the closure of the facility. She later accepted employment with Gatesway Foundation where she worked for over 20 years. Lisa has worked at the Tulsa County DHS office for the past several years.
Lisa enjoyed spending time with her son Michael, her grandson Zach and family and friends. She spent her years watching Michael race, working on her various charities as well as taking time to do her shopping. Lisa always enjoyed the cookout, making deserts that she knew was Michael’s favorites.
Lisa was preceded in death by her father Harvey, Jr., mother Donna, and a daughter Kendra Stucks. Lisa joined them in Heaven late Monday, January 29, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 54.
Survivors are one son Michael Stucks of Prue, Oklahoma, brother Donald Leshurd of Holdenville, Oklahoma, paternal grandmother Ruth Leshurd of Prue, Oklahoma, aunt Connie Seaton of Tulsa, Oklahoma, uncle Monroe Leshurd of Tulsa, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services for will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 3, 2018, at the Prue Assembly of God with Rev. Garry McDevitt officiating. Her final resting place will be in the Prairie View Cemetery. Pallbearers for Lisa will be Daniel Wilkins, Bobby Traster, Justin Traster, Jarid Traster, Caleb Davis, Timothy Wilkins, Michael Wilkins, and Slim Burklin. Friends and family may share a memory for Lisa on her memorial website at www.chapman-black.com. Services are under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home in Cleveland, Oklahoma.
