Kelly Ann Nails

Kelly Ann Nails, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015, at the age of 48 years and thirteen days.

Kelly was born September 12, 1967, in San Jose, California. She was the daughter of Ronnie K and Stephanie Irene (Cronk) Nails. As a young girl Kelly grew up in Tulare, California. She attended school in Tulare and later graduated from Tulare High School with the Class of 1986. Following high school Kelly remained in California where she raised her three sons Kenneth, Kevin and Michael. During this time Kelly worked in the food service industry as a waitress. In 2008, Kelly moved to Cleveland where she began working at Judy Ann’s and later worked at Boomerang. Kelly soon accepted employment with American Income Life as a agent where she was currently employed.

Kelly enjoyed dancing, riding horses and fishing. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and was very family oriented. Kelly was always willing to help anyone in need.

Survivors are her three sons Kenneth Wayne Meeks, Jr. of Weatherford, Texas, Kevin William Meeks of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Michael Keith Meeks of Cleveland, Oklahoma; mother Stephanie Jacobsma of Tulare, California; father Ronnie K Nails and his wife Ronda of Jennings, Oklahoma; three brothers Ronald Steven Nails of Dalles, Oregon, Robert Chapman of Visalia, California, Christopher Nails of Cleveland, Oklahoma; two sisters Tyger Hall of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Ryan Savage of Jennings, Oklahoma; five grandchildren Aubrey Reign Meeks, Macyn Meeks, Brenna Meeks, Elijah Meeks, Zoey Meeks and a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn her passing. Kelly was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Katherine Burkham and a brother Jess Anthony.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 am Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at the Woodland Cemetery with Rev. David Head officiating. Burial will also be in the Woodland Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home. Friends may share a memory with the family online at www.chapman-black.com.
