Juanita Lee Richardson, a resident of Oklahoma City was born November 16, 1923 in McCurtain, Oklahoma to Benjamin Franklin King and Ruth (Williams) King. Juanita was raised and received her education attended elementary schools in Cloverdale. She then later attended high school in St. Louis, Oklahoma. Soon after high school Juanita moved to Orgeon and then later in 1943 she moved back to Oklahoma and resided in Shawnee. She then later moved to Borger, Texas making that her home until 1960. Juanita moved back to Oklahoma City and she then gained employment with Sooner Ford for over 13 years as an inventory clerk. Juanita was united in marriage to Albert Richardson on November 16, 1981. After their marriage she moved to Red Oak, Texas where they made their home. For the past year and a half Juanita moved back to Oklahoma City to be closer to her children and had been receiving her medical attention there. Juanita loved to fish, cook and work in her garden. She was also a member of the Red Oak Church of Christ Church.

Juanita passed away February 10, 2002 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years 2 months and 24 days. She was preceded in death by parents father Benjamin Franklin King and Ruth Swingle

Survived by her Husband, Albert Richardson, of Red Oak, Texas; Daughter, Joyce Parham, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Daughter, Ruth Ann Baugh, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Step Daughter, Charlotte Richardson, Kemp, Texas; Step Son, Jerry Richardson, Irvine, California; Step Daughter, Carolyn Hughes, Seven Points, Texas; Sister, DeLois Atkins, Cleveland, Oklahoma; 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, 7 Step Grandchildren, 10 Step Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held February 13, 2002 at 2:00 pm at Chapman-Black Chapel, Minister Robert Prater will be officiating the services. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery in Cleveland, Oklahoma under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home, Inc.


Pallbearers will be Brandon Smith, Dylan Baugh, Jerry Richardson, Jerry Seymour, Larry Parham, and Ray Nowlin.
