On hot summer days, sitting on the porch dodging humming birds whizzing by her head and a rabbit that would come and visit every morning. During the winter, she would sit by the window watching the birds at the bird feeder. One of her favorite birds to watch was the male cardinal, cause of its bright red where she could see him.
Juanita healthy started to decline and she wanted to go back home to Mannford Nursing Home. After 2 years being in the nursing home he health started to improve enough for her to move to Drumright with her granddaughter Tammy and family.
There she had the best of care. She became especially close with grandson Kyler who was always watching her every move, fixing her favorite food. Juanita lived with Tammy and family for 2 years until she went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on January 16, 2015
