Jeffery Ryan Phillips passed from this life on July 21, 2023, at the age of 39 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Ryan was born on May 24, 1984, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Jeffery Phillips and Diana Epperson. Ryan grew up and attended school in Cleveland graduating with the Class of 2002. Was very active in sports, especially football, baseball and soccer. Following high school Ryan began working in the oil field with his dad at Natural Gas Compression.

Going to the lake, boating and being with his friends. Ryan always enjoyed the time spent with his daughter Tallulah who was his pride and joy.

Survivors are his daughter Tallulah of Pawnee, Oklahoma, mother and stepdad Diana Martin and Lawrence Martin, father Jeff Phillips of Cleveland, Oklahoma; two brothers Noah Phillips of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Jeff Ogram of Pawhuska, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held on 10:00 am, Thursday, July 27, 2023, at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home Chapel with Yuri Sabadlab speaking. The burial will be held in the Sinnett Cemetery in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
