Our beloved Janice went to be with our Lord and Savior on October 12, 2022, at the age of 63.
Janice was born on May 31, 1959, in York, Pennsylvania to Cyril and Mary Ann Blouch. They all resided there until their move to Oklahoma in 1968. Janice graduated from Midwest City High School in 1977, Following graduation she married her high school sweetheart, Charles William Morgan in Wheeler, Texas. They then established their home in Oklahoma City, living there for several years before moving to Duncan, then Sulphur and finally settling in Muskogee for several years. They finally resided permanently in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Janice started her working career at Oklahoma Farmers Union in the City and then for Walmart.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents Cyril & Mary Ann, her husband Charles, her daughter Jennifer Marie, as well as her brother David Blouch. She is survived by her beloved daughter Jessica Lynn Upshaw and Fiancé Len Kay; grandchildren; Shaylin Wells, Brittany Casebolt, Brandon Upshaw, her brother James Blouch, sister; Debbie Frost; as well as serval other relatives both in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, she was loved and will be missed by her family and friends.
Graveside Service will be held on December 20, 2022, at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. Friends and family may visit an online guest book and memorial page for Janice at www.chapman-black.com.
