Jackie Leon Weaver passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 86, with his family by his side in Terlton, Oklahoma.


Jack was born on September 22, 1936, in Cleveland, Oklahoma, the son of Barney B. and Bessie (Eubanks) Weaver. At a young age, following the death of his mother, Jack moved to Oilton, Oklahoma, and was raised by his grandparents. They later moved to Sapulpa before moving to Tulsa. Jack later graduated from Tulsa Central High School with the Class of 1956. Then on October 25, 1957, Jack was united in marriage to Patricia Jean Jacobson at Osage Hill Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The couple initially established their home in Tulsa. Jack gained employment with a local butcher shop making deliveries to local restaurants. Jack later began working as an apprentice meat cutter for H & R Packing House. Jack has also worked for Warehouse Market and Perry's Meat Market. In 1969, Jack and Patricia moved to their current home in Terlton, Oklahoma. While in Terlton, Jack worked at Safeway, which later became Homeland when he retired in 1998.



Jack enjoyed riding his Harley, going to the lake, and spending time with his family. Jack always liked the times going to stock shows with his family during the time they showed sheep. Going on local trips was also a memorable time, as well as going to the Hickory House.


Survivors are his wife of over 66 years Patricia of the home, four children Tammy Potts and her husband Clayton of Norwich, Kansas, Terena Krlin and her husband Tom of Oilton, Oklahoma, Clint Weaver and his wife Beckie of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Kent Weaver of Terlton, Oklahoma, one brother Donald D. Weaver and his wife Kathy of Skiatook, Oklahoma, eleven grandchildren Ashley Blevins and her husband Justin, Justin Potts and his wife Noelle, Dustin Finney, Mandy Ramsay and her husband Adam, Tommy Krlin and his fiancé Amy, Tracey Krlin and her fiancé Brian, Brent Weaver and his wife Kwyn, Anna Weaver, Alaina Weaver, Henry Weaver, Ashleigh Newcity and her husband Jeremy; eighteen great grandchildren Lane, Conner, Easton, Irelyn, Keenlyn, Quaid, Quincie, Blaze, Dixie, Jazzy, AJ, Audrey, Corbin, Aspen, Blakeleigh, Ralph, Ava and Nash and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Mamie Weaver.


Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Doyle Hutcherson officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Mannford, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
