Harry Leonard Miller, 95 years old, died early Sunday morning, February 9 2014, after serving his Lord and Savior faithfully. Harry made his earthly home in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Harry was born November 2, 1918, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to John and Effie Miller. He married Pauline Fox in 1945, and had two children, Wanda and Paula. Harry later married Virginia Gwinn Fox in 1985, and together they have made their home in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Harry spent his life working day and night. Harry worked as a operating engineer for many years, raising cattle, farming and gardening even after his retirement in 1984. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Cleveland. Harry is survived by his wife, Virginia of Cleveland, Oklahoma and his daughters, Wanda Potter and Paula Spencer; grandchildren, James Potter, Shanna Gregor, Tracy Potter Benton, Paul Spencer, Shanae Simmons, Jill Simmons Bozeman; and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Nadine Phelps and Grace Campbell. Harry was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Pauline, brothers Ross, Delbert, Leland, Norman, Ray and sister Athene. Memorial Service will be Thursday, February 13, 2014, 2:00 Pm, First Assembly of God Church, Cleveland, Oklahoma. Burial in Woodland Cemetery, Cleveland, Oklahoma under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
