Ealnor Louise Carothers passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2014, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years, seven months and six days. ' Ealnor was born March 19, 1943, in Osage, Oklahoma.' She was the daughter of Ulis and Polly (Goodman) Sutterfield.' Ealnor was raised and received her education in Osage.' Following the completion of her education, Ealnor began working to help her parents provide for the family.' She was later united in marriage to Cecil Ray Carothers in 1964, in Perkins, Oklahoma.' Ealnor remained in the Osage area until the death of Ray, in 1980.' In 1982, on ValentineÃs Day she was introduced to Bill Browne.' The two remained inseparable and have made their home together for the past 32 years.' Ealnor has been a very giving and loving person and has taken care of numerous people and family members in the area. ' Ealnor enjoyed playing cards.' She also watched Wheel of Fortune as well as enjoyed watching Walker Texas Ranger.' Ealnor also had a secret crush on Chuck Norris.' She also spent many hours doing word searches and was known as the family television buff.' Ealnor enjoyed going to Kansas, Eureka Springs and other places in Arkansas to visit family and friends.' However, her favorite place to travel to was Stillwater on Saturdays to eat Chinese food. Survivors are Bill Browne of the home, four children Chiloe Youtsey of Osage, Oklahoma, Sharron Allen of Tulsa, Oklahoma, DeAnna Browne of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Joseph Browne of Wisconsin; three grandchildren Seth Browne, Brandie Carroll, Azalee Hinshaw; two great grandchildren Alexis Carroll, Caiden Allen and a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn her passing.' In addition to her parents Ealnor was preceded in death by her brother Billy Charles "Bo" Sutterfield and sister Mary Katherine Diveley. Chapel Services will be held 10:30 am Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Chapman-Black Funeral Home with' Rev. David Head officiating.' Burial will follow in the Woodland Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
