Carolyn Lee Rector

Carolyn Lee Rector, of Cleveland, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at the age of 78 years.
Carolyn was born March 15, 1939, in Council Bluff, Iowa. She was the daughter of Frank and Dorothy Waugh. She grew up in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Carolyn was married to Reafford Lee Rector following their in 1961; the couple moved to California. In 1980, they moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. In the late 1980’s they moved to Prue, Oklahoma until 2014 they moved to Council Bluff, Iowa. Following the death of Reafford Carolyn finally moved back to Cleveland, Oklahoma.
Carolyn was a homemaker; she enjoyed bowling, loved doing crafts and traveling.
Survived by: two children, Sally Byrom of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Rex and Nancy Rector of Council Bluff, Iowa; mother Dorothy Waugh of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two Sisters Connie Waugh-Wulff of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Janis Clark of Council Bluffs, Iowa; one brother, David Waugh of Colombus, Nebraska; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Preceded in death by father, husband, Reafford Rector and a sister Cindy Morgan.
