Bonnie Liles

Bonnie Joyce Liles was born in Terri County, Texas on February 16, 1935, to George Longley and Annie Longley. She grew up in Texas with four siblings. Bonnie fell in love and married Ralph Pruitt. They had two sons: Garner Hallmark and Wendle Hallmark. Bonnie spent her life as a schoolteacher in the Hominy School District. She was also very active in her church, Hominy First Church of the Nazarene. During her career, Bonnie went back to school and got her master's in education at Tarleton State University. Family was very important to Bonnie. Whether it was traveling together to a family reunion or having holidays at her house. She loved every moment she spent with her kids and grandkids. The grandkids loved standing at grandma's house and watching her in the kitchen cooking a wonderful holiday meal for all to enjoy. She loved going to the beauty shop to get her hair done and thrift shopping at Salvation Army. She loved to research and gain information about the family genealogy.

Bonnie loved going to church and singing about Jesus. She valued continuing education and a strong faith in God. She enjoyed going to the Osage Nation Powwows. Bonnie was a "spitfire" with a great sense of humor and had the biggest heart. Her favorite saying was, "Ya know what I mean."Bonnie Liles is survived by her granddaughter Katharine Hallmark and grandson David Hallmark. She is preceded in death by her parents George and Annie Longley; her husband Ralph Pruitt; sons Garner Hallmark and Wendle Hallmark; siblings Travis Longley, Mary Crain, JoAnn Geer, John Longley, Raymond Longley and Bobby Longley.
