Bobby Bledsoe entered Heaven’s Gates surrounded by his family on Friday, August 13th, 2021. Family and friend’s will be planning a large and joyous celebration of his life at a later time.

Bobby Glenn Bledsoe was a resident of Oklahoma for many years, as well as Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Washington state, and returned to Oklahoma after retirement later in life. He was born January 26th, 1943 in Osage, Oklahoma to Leamon and Freida Bledsoe. He was raised and received his education in the Terlton area. Bobby married the love of his life, Patty in 1963 in Pawnee and eventually moved to Berryhill, Oklahoma in 1976 where they raised two children. Bobby was a vibrant, gregarious, energetic, always-happy, and fun-loving man that lit up an entire room when he walked in it. He enjoyed nothing more than telling jokes and making others around him laugh and smile. He was an incredibly talented and self-taught master carpenter that enjoyed Bluegrass Gospel music, attending church, and Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia ice cream.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; Leamon and Frieda Bledsoe.

He is survived by his wife, Patty Bledsoe; his son Rodney Bledsoe and his wife Sasha, and his daughter Kimberly Malisse; his brother Donnie Bledsoe and his wife Linda; three grandchildren, Nicole, Isabella, and Ryan; two nephews, Kenneth Bledsoe, Dan Bledsoe and his wife Paige; and endless loving family and friends.
