Bobby Dean Vaughan, 83, passed from this life on January 1, 2021, in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Bob was born on August 3, 1937, at Keystone, Oklahoma. Bob was the son of James and Della (Morris) Vaughan. Bob attended school at Keystone School later graduating with the Class of 1956. Following high school Bob was united in marriage to Carolyn Kay Vaughan in Cleveland, Oklahoma. They established their initial home in Cleveland later moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bob worked for Safeway in the cold storage warehouse. Bob later gained employment with Cathy’s Furniture in downtown Tulsa. Bob accepted the position as the preacher in Sapulpa for several years. Then in 1973 Bob and Kay opened and operated Chateau Real Estate Company in Cleveland, Oklahoma. In 1987, Bob and Kay moved to Phoenix, Arizona during that time they opened and operated a interior design company. In 1990, they returned to Oklahoma residing in Mannford and continued operating their interior design company, Design Source of Tulsa.

Bob loved going to eat, singing and his companion Buddy the dog. Taking trips to Colorado, New Mexico and cruises were always memorable trips.

Bob is survived by his daughter Denise and Sam Ready, Cleveland, Oklahoma; sister-in-law Paula Garcia of Cleveland, Oklahoma; two grandchildren Sammy and wife Jamie Ready of Cleveland, Oklahoma; Jesse Ready of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five great grandchildren Jayden, Jaxon, Cora, Della, J. Earl as well as numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Kay Vaughan, son Rick Vaughan, four siblings George Vaughan, Juanita Baker, Norma Lee Garrison, Whitney Vaughan

Services will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Bob Elfrink officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Mannford, Oklahoma.
