Bobby Dan Dinneen

Bobby Dan Dinneen, 59, of Terlton, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at his home.

Bobby was born May 11, 1959, in Lebanon, Tennessee. He was the son of George Harrison and Neoma Lee (Lierly) Dinneen. At a young age, Bobby moved with his family to Miami, Oklahoma. During that time Bobby began his education in Miami and later graduated from Miami High School with the Class of 1977. During his time in school, Bobby was an active member of the football team. Following graduation, Bobby accepted a position with B.F. Goodrich in Miami. He later began driving a semi over the road as an owner/operator. Bobby would often recall one of his most extended trips from Los Angeles to Boston nonstop other than to refuel. Bobby later started to work for Arkansas Freight Ways which then was purchased by American Freight Ways before becoming Federal Express. Total time with the companies was a total of 26 years. Bobby was currently employed with FedEx. On September 15, 2008, Bobby and Mich’ele Leta Whitman were united in marriage at Kauai, Hawaii.

Bobby was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He one raced motocross and still loved to ride his motorcycle. He was a longtime member of the NRA and loved site seeing and traveling.

Survivors include his daughter Jennifer McClintock, two siblings Mike Dinneen and Darlene Fanning as well as numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Mich’ele in 2017.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, Oklahoma. Donations are requested by the family in memory of Bobby to the Tulsa SPCA at 2940 Mohawk Blvd, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74110 or to the Route 66 Animal Rescue at www.route66petrescue.org.
