Billy Keith Neal

Billy Keith Neal, II age 62 of Osage, OK, passed from this life on Sunday evening, July 24, 2022, at his home. Billy was born December 5, 1959, at Tulsa, OK the son of Billy Keith and Helen Doris (Winfield) Neal. He was raised in various locations due to his father’s military career and graduated high school at Fort Hood, Texas. Later that year, he moved back to Oklahoma, residing in Tulsa, Sapulpa, and Mannford, prior to moving to Osage in 2017. Until retirement, Billy worked for the River Spirit Casinos in their maintenance department. During his life, Billy was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Survivors include a brother – Clayton Neal of Osage, OK as well as several aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sisters Pandy and Candy.
Memorial services for Billy will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 4, 2022, in the chapel of the Chapman-Black Funeral Home, 108 West Delaware, Cleveland, OK . Burial of his cremains will be at the Antioch Cemetery, Stigler, OK. Arrangements and services are under the direction of the Chapman-Black Funeral Home, Cleveland, OK. www.chapman-black.com
