Beulah Marie Brannon Lynch, was born February 2, 1914 in Hominy, Oklahoma to John and Frances (Ferguson) Brannon. As a young child Beulah grew up in Hominy and in her teen age years moved to Claremore where he graduated from high school. On December 23, 1935 she was united in marriage to J.D. Lynch in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They made there home in Wetumka. They later moved to Odessa, Texas and soon to Segraves, Texas. In the early 1940ís Beulah and J.D. moved to the Hartshorne area. While living in Hartshorne, Beulah returned to school and obtained her certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse. After she received her certificate she worked in several different places including Hartshorne, Claremore and Sapulpa.

In the 1960ís Beulah and J.D. moved to the Tulsa Area where she has lived since. Beulah was a wonderful seamstress and cook. She always loved to cook and sew for her children, grandchildren and nieces that she adored so much.

Beulah passed away Saturday, September 25, 2004 at the age of 90 years 7 months and 23 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Judy Lynch Barker in May of 2003, three sisters Ethel Atkinson, Bonnie Foster and Jewell Blue, three brothers John Brannon, Dee Brannon and Arthur Brannon as well as a great grandson Kole Machan in 2003.

Survived by her children, Janice and her husband John Carletti of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; Louise Giannini of Stockton, California; Sandi Wheeler of Springdale, Arkansas; John and his wife Carolyn Lynch of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; David Lynch of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday September 29, 2004 at 2:00 pm in the A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery officiated by Dr. Larry Wilson. Burial will also be at A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home, Inc.

The family will be gathering at the nieces home in Hominy prior to the funeral services.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Beulah Brannon Lynch.
