Audrey Mae Thornhill was born July 2, 1922 in Jennings, Oklahoma she went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Friday, December 26, 2008 in the Cushing Regional Hospital at the age of 86. Audrey was the daughter of James Robert Price and Ola (Hunt) Price. Audrey was raised and spent her time growing up in Jennings, Terlton and Oilton. She attended school in Terlton where she graduated. Audrey was united in marriage to Rudolph Parks they made their home in Stillwater and then later moved to Colorado. Audrey moved to California for a short time before returning to the Cushing area. She soon met Willis Thornhill, the couple was married in Drumright, Oklahoma on October 28, 1982. They soon purchased a home in Jennings where she has continued to reside. After the death of Willis, Audrey fell and broke her hip. Following a long recovery she moved to the Yale Nursing Home until the closure of the facility and was transferred to the Drumright Nursing Home where she has continued to live until her illness took her home. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Thornhill, her parents James and Ola Price, two brothers James, Jr. and J.D. Price as well as two sisters Virginia Pettit and Shirley Peterson. Mrs. Thornhill is survived by her two daughters, Sharon K. Sanders and John Bauer of Thornton, Colorado, Shirley Race of Waukesha, Wisconson, step daughter Sandra Breiner of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; step son Dennis Thornhill of Yukon, Oklahoma, four sisters Elsie Thorpe of California, Evelyn Hight of Drumright, Oklahoma, Eva Seward and her husband William of Jennings, Oklahoma, Donetta Hockaday and her husband Dean of Oilton, Oklahoma; two brothers J.C. Price and his wife Toni of Jennings, Oklahoma, Leon Price and his wife Verna of Jennings, Oklahoma; one granddaughter Sheri Lynn Montez of Knoxville, Tennessee, one grandson Stephen Race of Brookfield, Wisconsin, one great grandson Collin Race, one great granddaughter Rebecca Race both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
